About
GABRIEL BUCK
I’m Gabe, an artist based in Phoenix. My style blends urban grit with natural beauty. I'm inspired by the street art around places like Roosevelt Row and intrigued by graffiti on old gas stations out in the desert. Arizona’s distressed, wild, and rugged landscape has powerfully influenced my work. I often explore the tension between decay and life, finding beauty in contrast.
We asked Gabe for a desert landscape with a forest in the background—something colorful to complement our neutral space. Gabe was incredibly accommodating and worked closely with us to ensure every detail matched our vision. The final piece turned out even better than we had imagined! The colors are vibrant, the composition is stunning, and it brings so much warmth and character to our space. We couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend Gabe to anyone looking for custom artwork with heart and creativity.
Thank you so much for the kind words! It was a real pleasure collaborating with you on this piece. I loved the challenge of blending the desert and forest elements in a way that felt vibrant yet harmonious, and I’m so glad it brings warmth and character to your space. Hearing that it turned out even better than imagined means the world to me. Thanks again for trusting me with your vision!
When we commissioned our painting, we asked for a color scheme to accent our living area and our desert Southwest vibe. We could not have been more satisfied with the final result. Having been a horseman in my early life, I can see from the look in his eyes that he has spirit and an "I dare you to try" attitude!
I had the opportunity to view Gabriel Buck’s art work and was impressed with his contemporary themes of street art and original, unique portraits of iconic rock/pop music legends. I commissioned Gabe to paint a portrait of my favorite music artist and was very pleased with the result. I asked that he incorporate color schemes from my favorite album covers of the artist, otherwise, I let his creative imagination deliver the finished product. I am very happy to display his artwork in my home! I was concerned as the painting needed to be shipped across country, but I worried needlessly as Gabe handled everything and the painting arrived in mint condition.
I was at my neighbors who happened to be Gabriel’ s mom and became obsessed with a painting of a wild horse on her fireplace mantel. I could not stop looking at it. I ask my neighbor how I could get my own painting. She made contact with her son and soon I had my own version of that gorgeous horse. I am so happy I get to see that painting everyday!
