About
GABRIEL BUCK
I’m Gabe, an artist based in Phoenix. I work with whatever materials feel right—spray paint, markers, acrylics, inks, pastels, even concert posters. My mom, a fine arts graduate and art teacher, was my first mentor and biggest influence.
I’ve always been drawn to urban and abstract art, but I also love painting impressionist-style landscapes, inspired by my time mountain biking and hiking around Arizona. I don’t believe in sticking to one style. Paint what you want. People have different interests, so why limit yourself?
Oil painting challenges me in a different way—it pushes my technical skills while letting me capture nature in more detail. But no matter what I’m working on, my approach stays the same: art is about experimenting and seeing where it takes me.
